Health and Fitness Coaching | BNA Lifestyle is more than a fitness and wellness company. It is a community built on the belief that true health involves both the body and the mind. Founded by certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and mental fitness coach Justine Arsenault, BNA Lifestyle combines functional fitness, mindset coaching, habit building, and emotional wellness to help people create sustainable, long term change. Through fitness classes, youth training programs, emotional eating education, and personal development coaching, BNA Lifestyle provides practical tools and supportive guidance that help individuals build confidence, improve their relationship with food and movement, and create healthier lives without perfection, pressure, or extremes. Our mission is simple: to help people feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to themselves through truth, action, responsibility, and sustainable health.
Meet Justine
Justine is the founder of BNA Lifestyle and The Justice Gym, where she combines functional fitness, mindset coaching, habit-building, and emotional wellness into a supportive, real-life approach to health.
As a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and mental fitness coach Justine believes that the health and fitness world should help people feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to themselves — not ashamed, intimidated, or pressured into extremes.
Her work focuses on helping people build sustainable habits that support both physical and mental wellbeing. Through group fitness classes, The Foundations programming, youth training, and emotional eating education, she creates spaces where people can learn how to care for themselves without perfection or punishment.
Much of Justine’s work is rooted in lived experience.
After struggling with anxiety and disordered eating herself, she became deeply passionate about understanding the emotional and psychological side of health. This led her to create programs like Eradicate Emotional Eating and The Foundations — programs designed to help people understand their patterns, rebuild trust with themselves, and create long-term change that actually lasts.
Her coaching style is supportive, honest, and grounded in real life.
Whether working with adults building a better relationship with food and movement, teens learning to move safely and eat healthy, or athletes striving for long-term performance, Justine’s goal is always the same:
to help people feel safe, strong, supported, and capable in their own bodies.
