Justine is the founder of BNA Lifestyle and The Justice Gym, where she combines fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, and emotional wellness into a realistic and sustainable approach to health. As a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and mental fitness coach, she is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to themselves without pressure, shame, or extreme approaches to fitness.

Rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience, Justine’s coaching focuses on building healthy habits that support long term physical and mental well being. Through fitness classes, youth training, emotional eating education, and mindset coaching, she has created a supportive community where people can learn, grow, and build lasting change in a way that feels achievable in real life.
