Your first class is FREE

You can experience the space, the coaching, and the pace without any pressure.

During this session

Coach Justine will get a feel for your current fitness level, movement patterns, and goals to ensure everything is tailored to you from the start.

Buy passes

Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to book your preferred class times and manage your schedule with ease.

Attendance is tracked

Through the app, making it simple to stay consistent, see your progress, and keep showing up for yourself.

Functional Fitness Classes

Beginner-friendly. Coach-led. Built for real life.

Our adult classes are designed for everyday people who want to feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

These classes are ideal for:

  • beginners

  • busy adults

  • parents

  • people intimidated by traditional gyms

  • women 40+

  • and anyone rebuilding confidence with movement

You do not need to “be fit” before starting.

You just need to start where you are.

What Our Classes Focus On

Every class is built around functional movement and includes:

  • Mobility & warm up

  • Strength training

  • Conditioning

  • Cool down 

Our goal is not to destroy you with one workout, it is to help you move well, feel capable, and continue showing up consistently.

Flexible Lunch & Evening Training

We also offer flexible 90-minute training windows designed for real schedules and real life.

During these sessions, members can:

  • arrive when they can during our business hours

  • complete the mandatory warm-up

  • choose the workout components that fit their available time

  • and leave feeling accomplished instead of behind

Whether you have:

  • 25 minutes

  • 45 minutes

  • or the full session

You can still get meaningful movement in.

This format helps remove the “all or nothing” mindset that keeps so many people from staying consistent.

Youth Strength & Performance Training

Build strength, confidence, discipline, and athletic performance in a supportive training environment designed for youth athletes.

Our classes at Justice Gym focus on proper technique, functional movement, speed, conditioning, and overall fitness to help young athletes perform at their best both on and off the court.
