Teen Fitness Classes | Strength & Conditioning

Teen Fitness Classes | Helping teens build confidence, strength, and a healthy relationship with movement.

Teen Fitness Classes | Our teen fitness classes are designed for youth ages 12–16 who want to learn how to move, train, and build strength in a supportive environment.

This program is not focused on:

  • weight loss

  • appearance

  • comparison

  • or pressure

Instead, we focus on helping teens:

  • build confidence

  • develop body awareness

  • create a healthy relationship with exercise

  • and feel strong both mentally and physically

What you will learn

  • proper movement mechanics

  • safe strength training fundamentals

  • coordination & balance

  • and body awareness

Most importantly, you will learn that movement is meant to be supportive — not punishing.

A Different Kind of Fitness Environment

Teen years are filled with pressure, comparison, and unrealistic expectations.

We intentionally create a space that feels:

  • welcoming

  • safe

  • encouraging

  • and supportive

At The Justice Gym, we believe fitness should help teens trust their bodies — not criticize them.

Our Goal

We want teens to leave feeling:

  • more confident

  • more capable

  • stronger in everyday life

  • and empowered to move for the long term

Because healthy movement habits built early can last a lifetime.

What Clients Are Saying…

“Going to Justine’s workout classes changed my whole perception of what a healthy workout really was, being in a female fitness class as a high school student being constantly overworked, after joining Justine’s classes I was taught not only how to plan an efficient and beneficial workout but how to take care of myself with nutrition and self-care. Her classes boosted my self esteem so much while building my strength and in such a safe and supportive environment (with lots of laughs). I’d recommend it to every young girl, or anyone for that matter struggling with exercise or just looking to improve/maintain muscle growth. She’s an icon and a role model that everyone should experience.”
