Our teen fitness classes are designed for youth ages 12–16 who want to learn how to move, train, and build strength in a supportive environment.
This program is not focused on:
weight loss
appearance
comparison
or pressure
Instead, we focus on helping teens:
build confidence
develop body awareness
create a healthy relationship with exercise
and feel strong both mentally and physically
What you will learn
proper movement mechanics
safe strength training fundamentals
coordination & balance
and body awareness
Most importantly, you will learn that movement is meant to be supportive — not punishing.
